25% non-returnable deposit to accompany booking - Full payment due 2 weeks before arrival date. Cancellations must be made in writing, full payment is due on cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Arrivals from 2pm. Departures before 10.30am.

One car per party may be parked with unit / static free of charge, extra vehicles may be charged £1.00 per night
Bookings for the August Bank Holiday must be accompanied by full payment - refunds cannot be given unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 2 weeks before the arrival date booked.
Refunds cannot be given for bad weather.
